BMF attorney Chase Brockstedt was featured in a WBOC news segment highlighting our firm’s latest lawsuit against Perdue AgriBusiness. We filed the case in federal court on behalf of two Salisbury residents who allege that Perdue exposed the community to PFAS-contaminated drinking water.
This new case builds on a separate class action we’ve brought on behalf of more than 500 residents living near Perdue’s Salisbury facility. In both lawsuits, we allege that Perdue violated federal law by failing to notify residents of the contamination and continuing to discharge toxic wastewater, despite knowing the risks.
We’re seeking to stop the ongoing pollution and hold Perdue accountable for cleanup efforts.
