Fiona J. Puglese is an associate attorney at BMF. Her practice centers on the representation of individuals in cases of medical negligence, wrongful death, and birth injury. She has extensive experience in medical malpractice and healthcare law, having handled all aspects of litigation from pre-suit analysis through trial.
Fiona obtained her undergraduate degree in Government & Politics in 2016 from the University of Maryland, College Park, magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Fiona was an Associate Editor on the Maryland Law Review, a National Trial Team champion, and a Member of the Moot Court Board. Following law school, Fiona served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Finifter in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Prior to joining BMF, Fiona practiced with a law firm primarily focused on the defense of health care providers and hospitals.
In her free time, you can find Fiona, a Baltimore Ravens season ticket holder, cheering on the Ravens at M&T Bank stadium.
