Experience

Gerri is an Of Counsel attorney with the firm, focusing on trust planning, elder care, probate, and other areas.  Gerri has been an attorney for over 50 years and decided to concentrate his practice on issues confronting families and those special issues related to aging.  Gerri made that decision after personally experiencing the concerns, complexity, and confusion of helping his own parents through their later years.

Gerri had to return to school to learn a great deal more about trust planning, taxes, long-term care planning, elder law, probate, veterans’ benefits, Medicaid planning, and nursing home issues to name a few.

Over the years, he has been a presenter at various Elder Law seminars on many topics.

Gerri enjoys working with families who care about their parents’ quality of life and have worked with hundreds of them, navigating government rules and regulations.  Gerri is a father of four and has 9 grandchildren, so I understand family dynamics.

Gerri has been continually active in many community organizations as he believes in giving back to the community.
