With more than twenty years of experience, Michele brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to planning, guiding a wide range of clients—from young families building their future to elderly clients protecting their assets, as well as entrepreneurs on the Fortune 100 list.  She has also provided discreet trust planning and administration services to individuals in the music, sports, and television industries, including globally recognized names.

Michele is known for being approachable, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to her clients.  Her ability to balance technical skill with genuine care has made her a trusted resource for clients seeking long-term, value-based planning.  Michele holds the highest ratings available from both Martindale-Hubbell and AVVO, and has grown her practice almost entirely through referrals—a testament to the long term relationships she builds with her clients.  The daughter of a stone mason and a nurse, she is approachable and known for making even the most complex planning feel personal.   She empowers clients to protect their assets, support their families, and preserve their legacies.

Before joining BMF, Michele was a partner at a well-regarded Wilmington law firm focused exclusively on estate planning and litigation, where she built a thriving estate planning and long-term care planning practice.  She also served as Trust Counsel to a distinguished Delaware trust company, where she advised fiduciaries on the administration of complex, high-value Delaware trusts.

A Delaware native, Michele earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware and her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. She is practices in all three Delaware counties and serves on the Board of Directors of Delaware CarePlan.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two children, reading, writing, and playing (or attempting to play) tennis.
