Brady brings nearly 30 years of experience as a Delaware attorney. His practice focuses on residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, real estate purchase and refinance settlements, representation of homeowners’ and condominium associations, real property litigation and transactional matters, general civil litigation, and estate planning and probate. He has extensive experience before all Delaware State trial Courts, including the Superior Court, Court of Chancery, Court of Common Pleas, and Justice of the Peace Courts. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
Numerous legal awards have recognized Brady’s skill and conduct inside and outside the courtroom, and he has achieved the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics. He was named one of Delaware’s top Real Estate Attorneys for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 in Delaware Today Magazine, and was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2023 for excellence in the practice of law in Delaware.

He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association (“DSBA”), for which he served as its President for 2019-20, a member of the DSBA’s Real and Personal Property Section, Litigation Section, Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) Section, and Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Section, and a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. He is also a past Chair of the Real and Personal Property Section and Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Section. He is a frequent speaker at real estate-related Continuing Legal Education seminars in Delaware.
In addition to his legal leadership, Brady serves on the Board of Trustees for Goldey-Beacom College, the Board of Directors of the Goldey-Beacom College Alumni Association, and the Board of Directors for Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., and served on the Board of Directors for New Castle County Head Start from 2016 – 2022. He is also one of two attorneys on the State of Delaware Common Interest Community Advisory Council, which assists the State Ombudsman for Common Interest Communities throughout Delaware.
Brady has deep connections to Delaware. He was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School, Goldey-Beacom College, and Widener University School of Law.
