William P. “Bill” Brady is Senior Counsel at Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC. He was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School, Goldey-Beacom College and Widener University School of Law.
Bill has over 30 years’ experience as a Delaware attorney and his areas of practice include residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, real estate purchase and refinance settlements, representation of homeowners’ and condominium associations, real property litigation and transactional matters, and general civil litigation.
Bill has extensive experience before all Delaware State trial Courts, including the Superior Court, Court of Chancery, Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Courts. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. Bill has achieved the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics, and is a frequent speaker at Real Estate related Continuing Legal Education seminars in Delaware. He was named one of Delaware’s top Real Estate Attorneys each year from 2019 to 2024 in Delaware Today Magazine, as well as being recognized by Super Lawyers for excellence in the practice of law in Delaware in 2023 – 2025.
Bill serves on the Board of Trustees for Goldey-Beacom College, the Board of Directors of the Goldey-Beacom College Alumni Association, and the Board of Directors for Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., and previously served on the Board of Directors for New Castle County Head Start from 2016 – 2022. He is also one of two attorneys on the State of Delaware Common Interest Community Advisory Council, which assists the State Ombudsman for Common Interest Communities throughout Delaware.
