The Cape Gazette covered Brockstedt Mandalas Federico’s announcement that attorneys Matt Legg, Michele Muldoon, and Tim Fisher were promoted to partner, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and commitment to leadership across a broad range of practice areas.
Matt Legg, who joined BMF’s Baltimore office in 2022, has played a central role in expanding the firm’s public entity practice through leadership in mass tort and consumer protection matters—including JUUL, opioids, social media addiction, insulin pricing, and Camp Lejeune litigation—while representing more than 90 school districts nationwide.
Michele Muldoon joined BMF in 2024 as senior counsel in the Wilmington office, bringing more than 20 years of experience advising individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, long-term care planning, asset protection strategies, and fiduciary services for clients ranging from young families to Fortune 100 entrepreneurs.
Tim Fisher brings nearly two decades of experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, birth injury, and catastrophic injury litigation to BMF’s Baltimore office, using his prior background representing hospitals and healthcare providers to advocate effectively for patients and families across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Congratulations to Matt, Michele, and Tim for their hard work, leadership, and dedication to clients. We look forward to their continued contributions as partners of the firm.
