Dianna’s practice is dedicated to representing individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by serious injuries, wrongful death, medical negligence, and other acts of carelessness and misconduct. She focuses on personal injury litigation and has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, medical negligence, premises liability, trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. She is committed to holding individuals, corporations, and institutions accountable while helping her clients obtain the compensation and justice they deserve.
Dianna was born and raised in central Delaware. Since 2016, she has devoted her career to advocating for injured individuals and their families during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. She has built a respected practice and is known for her commitment to achieving meaningful results for her clients. Dianna’s goal is not only to maximize recovery, but also to help clients navigate the legal process with confidence and peace of mind.
Dianna has significant experience handling complex medical negligence cases involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers. These cases often involve catastrophic injuries, permanent disabilities, and complex wrongful death claims.
Over the course of her practice, Dianna has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients and their families through negotiated settlements and litigation. Dianna is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
