Experience
Michelle is an associate attorney with the firm. Her practice primarily concentrates in the areas of administrative and government law, land use law, and civil litigation. Michelle was born in Maryland and graduated from the College of William & Mary, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Government. After college, she worked in nonprofit fundraising for five years in Washington, D.C., and Portland, Oregon.
Michelle received her Juris Doctor from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in State College, where she was active in the Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic, interned with MidPenn Legal Services, and spent her summers interning for Pennsylvania’s Office of General Counsel in the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Brockstedt Mandalas Federico’s Lewes office. Michelle is sitting for the July 2026 Delaware bar exam and lives in Lewes, Delaware, with her husband, Mason.
