Catherine Cramer, who joined BMF in 2020, has been a key player in the firm’s mass torts, environmental law, and class action practices. She played a pivotal role in securing multimillion-dollar settlements, including a $205 million class action settlement in Millsboro, Delaware, and a $103 million settlement addressing environmental contamination in Catawba, South Carolina.
Mark Denney, who joined BMF in 2023 after a distinguished 16-year career with the Delaware Department of Justice, has quickly established himself as a leader in anti-corruption, civil rights, and constitutional law. Denney’s litigation practice ranges from corporate and business matters to government affairs and civil rights cases – throughout all of Delaware’s courts.
