FOX 5 DC covered the class action lawsuit filed by Brockstedt Mandalas Federico and co-counsel Keilty Bonadio on behalf of more than 100 potential plaintiffs in Maryland and Virginia against former rheumatologist Dr. James Curtis Roberson II and MedStar Health.
The lawsuit alleges that Dr. Roberson engaged in inappropriate conduct during patient visits, including repeated examinations without clinical justification and improper physical contact outside accepted medical standards.
