Attorney Dianna Stuart Joins Personal Injury Practice at Brockstedt Mandalas Federico as Senior Counsel
With nearly 10 years of experience, Stuart expands firm’s Personal Injury practice across the state
Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC, a leading mid-Atlantic law firm with five offices across all three Delaware counties and in Baltimore, Maryland, is pleased to announce the addition of Dianna Stuart as Senior Counsel to its Personal Injury practice.
Stuart brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients throughout Delaware. Her practice focuses on representing individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by serious injuries, wrongful death, medical negligence, and other acts of carelessness and misconduct. She has extensive experience handling cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, and complex medical negligence cases involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Many of these cases involve life-changing injuries and permanent disabilities.

Over her career, Stuart has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through negotiated settlements and litigation. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2022.

Stuart was born and raised in Delaware. She earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Terry-Carey American Inn of Court, Delaware State Bar Association, and Kent County Bar Association. She is based in the firm’s Lewes and Dover offices.
